Event Promotion – Official Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
This promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and who attend the AADOM Regional Meeting between March 20-21, 2026 (“Event”).
The promotion applies only to practice entities that are open for business and actively serving patients as of the Event. For the avoidance of doubt, practice entities that are not yet serving patients are ineligible.
2. Sign-Up Incentives
AirPods 4 Incentive
The first ten (10) eligible practices that execute a Clerri Plan Services Administration Order Form (“Order Form”) will qualify for one (1) pair of AirPods 4 (the “AirPods 4 Incentive”).
Execution of the Order Form must occur via a fully signed written agreement (electronic or physical) dated no later than 05:00 p.m. ET on March 21, 2026, to be eligible. The AirPods 4 Incentive is limited to the first ten (10) eligible practices that submit a fully executed Order Form during the promotional period, as determined by the timestamp of execution.
Gift Card Incentive
Eligible practices that execute an Order Form by 05:00 p.m. ET on March 21, 2026, but that are not among the first ten (10) eligible practices will qualify for a $179 gift card (the “Gift Card Incentive”).
Clerri will email the Gift Card Incentive to qualifying practices within thirty (30) days following the Event.
3. General Conditions
Limit one (1) Sign Up Incentive per practice location.
Incentives are non-transferable and have no cash alternative.
Incentives are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.
Clerri reserves the right to substitute an incentive of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.
Recipients are solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes.
This promotion is void where prohibited by law or employer policy.
Participation in this promotion does not create any agency, partnership, or referral relationship between the parties.
Clerri reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time in its sole discretion.
Incentives are not conditioned on the volume or value of patient referrals or any business reimbursable by federal healthcare programs.
4. Federal Healthcare Program Compliance
This promotion is not intended to induce, and shall not be construed as inducing, the referral of patients or the generation of business reimbursable under any federal or state healthcare program, including but not limited to Medicare or Medicaid.
Incentives are offered solely in connection with the execution of an Order Form for Clerri’s services and are not conditioned upon the volume or value of patient referrals or other business reimbursable by any federal healthcare program.
Participants are responsible for ensuring that acceptance of any incentive complies with applicable laws, regulations, and their internal compliance policies.
